Important: Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with, opened, or damaged. Claims will not be accepted if such packages are received.

Exchange or replacement is allowed only if the product is found damaged or defective upon delivery.

It is mandatory to inform us within 2 days of delivery. Requests made beyond 2 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Upon verification, we will either replace the item with a brand new product or exchange it with another product, subject to availability.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
