4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Anjani Studio is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Please do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with, opened, or damaged. Claims will not be accepted if such packages are received.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is sold. Exchanges or replacements are permitted only in case of damaged or defective products, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

All sarees are recommended to be dry cleaned only. We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper washing, handling, or storage after delivery.
